A Hair Loss Treatment That Works

Hair loss treatments at Cascade Medical Spa.

At Cascade, we researched hair restoration technology in great detail because we genuinely want to optimize our patients results. Our PRP (platelet rich plasma) system effectively restores hair follicles at the cellular level.

We take a full 360 degree approach for restoring hair. Our customers are getting awesome results with nearly a %100 satisfaction rate.

We do not publicly share all the details of our hair restoration methods and we do not recommend treatments to everyone. We recommend free in person consultations with our PRP hair restoration specialists prior to scheduling your first treatment.

We do not encourage patients to move forward with treatments unless we feel you can achieve results.

Your hair growth is our ultimate concern.

Although results vary from person to person, some of our customers get amazing results in fewer treatments than others. Here is a good photo from just 1 treatment in early 2019.

Hair loss can be caused by a number of underlying factors. Many of these will be discussed with you during your free in person consultation. Consultations normally take about 30 minutes. Our goal is to determine what treatment option will be best for you!

“After some research, I read about hair growth and thought I would give it a try.  I wasn’t expecting any major difference (after all, hair thinning at my age and beyond is fairly normal), I was really just looking to be less self conscious about it.”

Well, it worked!  Dr. Muncrief at Cascade was great and the place was stylish but professional.  But the best part was the result for sure.  It took a few months (like 5) and a series of 4 treatments, but I really feel like I’m back to where I was before my hair was so thin.  My hairdresser noticed it before I did but I could definitely tell about a month after she saw it.  My hair is back to normal!”

Here are some recent before and after photos after a series of 4 PRP treatments here at Cascade. Keep in mind, most growth comes 6 months after the last treatment. We are happy that this lovely lady allowed us to share her photos with you just after she finished her last treatment. 12.18.18

How does PRP help for hair loss?

PRP for hair restoration involves a simple process of injecting your own rich plasma into the vascular layer of your scalp to help stimulate hair follicles at the cellular level.

Platelets contain healing growth factors. Those growth factors are like signal callers that give instructions to your tissue to regenerate and multiply to thicken and regrow hair. Utilizing your own Rich Plasma for your hair, your growth factors and stem cells work together to reverse the miniaturization of the hair follicle and jump starting dormant hair back into the growth stage.

1 vial of blood is drawn from the patient’s arm.

A centrifuge is then used to separate plasma and platelets from the red blood cells.

We extract the Rich Plasma, mix with special Eclipse vitamin serum and proceed with injections.

Do PRP hair loss treatments hurt?

Although there may be some sensitivity, our providers can minimize the discomfort and will cater to each patients needs individually. Most people compare the treatment to their hair gently being pulled but it is not very intense.

“Amanda was very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the procedure and had some nifty tricks to reduce the pain. I hardly felt the needles. I had no bruising after and I’m already seeing positive results. I will be going back to Cascade for the same and other procedures”

How long before I see results from PRP treatments?

Results can vary from person to person and the underlying factors that have contributed to your hair loss. Many of our customers can see positive results after 2 or 3 treatments. Your results are our ultimate goal!

Amanda Nelson, RN is one of the PRP Portland Providers for hair restoration at Cascade and is happily working with Dr. Muncrief with his treatments.

Like Dr. Muncrief, our customers have a very high satisfaction rate with the PRP Hair Treatments.

Our customers also see significant growth with PRP and I-Restore Laser Hair Helmet combined.

IRestore Laser System ID-500 is a revolutionary device that uses clinical-strength light technology to combat hair loss and promote thicker, fuller, healthier hair.

  • IRestore is FDA-cleared for safety and no negative side effects.
  • Users can expect to see results within 3 to 6 months of consistent usage. Individual results may vary.
  • Most users have experienced significant improvement in their hair conditions.

Will PRP hair treatments work for me?

Our providers at Cascade do not recommend PRP hair restoration treatments to everyone. A proper diagnosis is required to determine if PRP will be best for you during your free 30 minute consultation. If our providers don’t believe you will get good results, then we will not recommend a treatment plan. We take a very honest and straight forward approach with our customers.
