PRP for Stretch Mark Reduction and How It Works!
Stretch marks are treated with Platelet Rich Plasma and Microneedling at Cascade. This stretch mark removal PRP treatment process promotes local tissue growth and repairs damaged scar tissue by releasing growth factors in the stretch marks. These growth factors interact with the cells to stimulate cell reproduction which also adds a healthy color and evened skin tone. PRP increases the number of stem cells in the area of the stretch marks and produces more collagen. These benefits together are considered the best option for stretch mark removal.
We do not publicly share all the details of our methods for stretch mark reduction and we do not recommend treatments to everyone unless we feel you will get good results.

PRP for Reducing Stretch Marks – How It Works!!!
COLLECT BLOOD FROM PATIENT
About 2-4 vials of blood are drawn from the patient’s arm.
SEPERATE THE PLATELETS
A centrifuge is then used to separate plasma and platelets from the red blood cells.
EXTRACT PLATELETS RICH PLASMA
We extract 3-6 ml of Platelet Rich Plasma. Then mixed with a special vitamin serum.
The patient’s skin is then numbed with a topical medicated cream to reduce pain from needling.
Platelet-rich plasma is then spread onto the person’s skin. The microneedling pen is used to push the PRP into the skin and glides freely and easily over skin tissue.
APPLY PRP WITH MICRONEEDLING PEN AND INJECTION
PRP is then pushed into the dermis using the microneedling pen. The remaining PRP can be injected into specific areas of your stretch marks that need the most improvement. In some cases, this step is done first.
