I’m proud to say Cascade is officially back under my ownership — and back at our original location at Holgate & McLoughlin in Portland. The truth is, we went through a rough chapter. Things happened that were outside my control, and it affected both our brand and our reputation.
We’ve brought in a trusted new medical director, upgraded our technology, and doubled down on what matters most: great service, real results, and people-first care.

I just had my first treatment with their nurse injector Christina. She was wonderful from start to finish. She listened to all my concerns, answered all of my questions very kindly and thoroughly, and I really appreciate her "less is more" approach to cosmetic treatments. She also booked me in for a followup appointment just to make sure I got the results I wanted, which I really appreciate. The admin/customer service is also top notch. I wish I knew who I was texting with so I could shout them out by name, but they went to a lot of effort to squeeze me in so I could get a quicker appointment, helped me through each step of the intake process, and were very communicative and courteous throughout the whole process. Overall, I had a really great experience. I definitely recommend them!

Haley is an advanced aesthetician with 5 years of experience and one of Cascade’s originals. She spent years treating clients here before heading off to gain additional experience—and now we’re genuinely thrilled to have her back where she belongs.
Specializing in laser tattoo removal (LTR) and laser hair removal (LHR). She trained at Portland Aesthetics Institute, where she developed a strong technical foundation—and then sharpened it in the real world, treating real skin, real ink, and real hair (not stock-photo models).
She’s especially passionate about laser tattoo removal, helping clients fade or fully remove unwanted tattoos safely and efficiently—without overpromising or wrecking the skin.
