I just had my first treatment with their nurse injector Christina. She was wonderful from start to finish. She listened to all my concerns, answered all of my questions very kindly and thoroughly, and I really appreciate her "less is more" approach to cosmetic treatments. She also booked me in for a followup appointment just to make sure I got the results I wanted, which I really appreciate. The admin/customer service is also top notch. I wish I knew who I was texting with so I could shout them out by name, but they went to a lot of effort to squeeze me in so I could get a quicker appointment, helped me through each step of the intake process, and were very communicative and courteous throughout the whole process.
