How Does PRP Work for Facial Rejuvenation?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments stimulate natural tissue regeneration by releasing powerful growth factors that promote cell reproduction and collagen production. This process helps:
✅ Repair damaged skin & reduce acne scars
✅ Increase blood flow for healthier, more radiant skin
✅ Even out skin tone & improve texture
✅ Boost stem cell activity to restore youthful elasticity
Considered one of the most advanced facial rejuvenation treatments available, PRP with Microneedling delivers natural, long-lasting skin renewal.

PRP Under Eye Treatment Results
PRP treatments for the under-eye and upper eyelid area are advanced regenerative treatments designed to stimulate collagen and elastin production, leading to gradual, natural skin rejuvenation. Unlike dermal fillers, PRP injections promote long-term cellular renewal, with visible improvements appearing over 2-3 months after a single session.
✅ Boosts collagen & elastin for firmer, more youthful skin
✅ Improves fine lines, skin texture, and pigmentation
✅ Reduces under-eye hollowness & loose skin naturally
✅ Long-lasting, gradual results with minimal downtime
How Many PRP Under-Eye Treatments Are Needed?
⭐ 2-3 treatments spaced 2-3 months apart are recommended for significant, long-lasting improvement.
Unlike dermal fillers, PRP does not provide instant volume—the initial fullness from injection absorbs within days, while cell regeneration continues for months, improving skin texture, tone, and elasticity over time.

PRP Facial Series
PRP with Microneedling – 2 treatments from Amanda Nelson, RN.
“PRP Microneedling for Acne scars: I had an amazing experience! I emailed two spas and Cascade was quick to respond and very informative about procedure. I also let them know that I had a budget and they were willing to work with me. I had the procedure done on Sunday and let me tell you Amanda is amazing! She made me feel calm and I am extremely scared of needles, she had soothing calm music playing and even gave me a comfy blanket which made me feel at home. I brought my friend and boyfriend for support and Amanda was talkative which made the whole process fun and quick! She was also very informative and let me know what she was doing every step of the way! I would recommend this place to anyone! I have already recommended this place to about 4 people who saw the video I posted on instagram! Excited for my next two sessions!”

How does PRP work?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy works by stimulating the body’s natural healing process to repair and rejuvenate the skin. The microneedling process creates microscopic channels in the dermal layer, allowing your own growth factors from PRP to penetrate deeply and activate collagen production.
✅ Boosts collagen & elastin for firmer, younger-looking skin
✅ Reduces acne scars, wrinkles & stretch marks
✅ Improves skin tone, texture & elasticity
✅ Minimally invasive with little to no downtime
COLLECT BLOOD FROM PATIENT
About 2-4 vials of blood are drawn from the patient’s arm.
SEPERATE THE PLATELETS
A centrifuge is then used to separate plasma and platelets from the red blood cells.
EXTRACT PRP
We extract 3-6 ml of PRP. Then mixed with a special vitamin serum.
NUMBING
The patient’s face is numbed with a topical medicated cream to reduce pain from needling.
APPLICATION
PRP is then spread onto the person’s face. The microneedling pen is used to push the PRP into the skin and glides freely and easily over skin tissue.
APPLY PRP WITH MICRONEEDLING PEN AND INJECTION
PRP is then pushed into the dermis using the microneedling pen. The remaining PRP can be injected into specific areas of the face that need the most improvement. In some cases, this step is done first.
